What we collect
Only what you type into the inquiry form: your name, company, work email, the role you select and your message. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not track you across other sites.
Why we hold it
To answer your inquiry and, if we go on to work together, to keep a record of how the relationship started. We never sell it and we never share it with a third party for their own marketing.
Where it lives
In Google Cloud Firestore, inside our own Firebase project, and in the mailbox of the person who answers you. Access is limited to Higatrade staff.
How long we keep it
Twenty-four months from your last message, unless we are working together, in which case for as long as the commercial relationship lasts.
Your choices
Write to partnerships@higatrade.com and we will send you a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it.
Product data
The figures on this site describe products and public offers. They contain no personal data about buyers, sellers or anyone else.
